Founded in early 2023, 24-year-old Chef Trevor Shankman's Maria is a dedication to his late Grandmother who sadly passed away in June of 2022 from stage four colon cancer.

Since its inception, Maria has received much acclaim from the likes of Eater Atlanta, VUE Atlanta, Vessel Magazine, The Atlanta Journal Constitution, Modern Luxury, and Atlanta Magazine as among the most exclusive and sought-after dining experiences the city has to offer.

With ambitions to bring nostalgia in food form to the masses, Trevor has sought out to continue on Maria's legacy, serving an 8-10 course tasting menu to a small cohort of carefully selected guests per evening, with each course on the menu carrying with it a story of a nostalgic past gone by.
