This year, Trevor invites you to join him for Fête de Noël, an intimate holiday dinner inspired by his family’s own traditions — where food wasn’t just a part of Christmas, but its heart.
Each course tells a story of the season through his eyes — flavors rooted in nostalgia, shaped by memory, and refined through his craft. It’s a table meant for conversation, reflection, and warmth — a moment to savor the beauty of togetherness before the rush of the holidays begins.

Location: The Vine Club in Adair Park (the official address will be disclosed to those who purchase tickets)

Time: 5:15pm arrival
$200/person.
10 course prix fixe tasting menu (the menu will remain undisclosed until the night of your arrival when the first offering is served)
Comprehensive wine pairings for the evening’s offerings will be provided at an additional cost, on-site
With advanced notice, we’d be more than happy to accommodate certain dietary restrictions, preferences and/or aversions.
Once we receive your reservation, you will be met with an official confirmation email with next steps. Approximately one week prior to your reservation, you will receive a follow-on message via text to the provided phone number, detailing all applicable day-of details including but not limited to the initial arrival address and further instructions.
