This evening is not about recreating - it’s about reimagining it. We often think about Cuba in the past tense - it’s history, its struggle, it’s beauty frozen in time. But Cuba isn’t frozen. It’s evolving, it’s moving and it’s becoming.
This series is Chef Trevor’s interpretation of what becoming tastes like. Not nostalgia or tradition preserved in a glass. But tradition in motion.
