Maria, Again is about the strange way food remembers things for us.
The smell of a kitchen you haven’t stood in for years. A dish you thought you’d forgotten. The poor table manners. Someone calling you in for dinner. Staying at the table long after there was anything left to eat.
It is not an attempt to recreate the past. It is an attempt to find that feeling again.
The food begins with memory—familiar flavors, rituals, people and places—and brings them forward with curiosity rather than sentimentality. Things may look different than you remember them. They should. Memory changes every time we return to it.
Maria, Again is about coming back. To the table. To each other. To something you didn’t realize you missed.

Approximately one week prior to your reservation, you will receive a follow-on message via text to the provided phone number, detailing all applicable day-of details including but not limited to the initial arrival address and further instructions.
